I love living history museums! Last summer we took a 3 week field trip up the east coat and visited Jamestown and Plymoth Plantation among other places.

Mine's up!

Hey, I don't know if my comment went through or not. This is just an awesome pic, but I bet it was a fun experience, too! I used to do something like this and still can't believe folks actually paid me to have so much fun! ;)

I've posted my Wordless Wednesday, too. Enjoy!

I did a term paper in high school (eons ago!) on William Randolph Hearst. I have always wanted to visit his house in San Simeon. Is that where you were?

Only castle I've ever been in is Bolt Castle, in NY.

Nice pic!

Happy WW!

Yes, Dawn, that was the place! We were there this past spring and took the Friday night tour that included the living history actors who played out the part as guests during cocktail hour.

No flash allowed, which is why the picture is kind of blurry.

That would be fun! We've been to living history farms, but not a castle.

Wow. The very first thought that came to mind is how very pretty she is. All three of your girls are just lovely.

Great picture. Looks like lots of fun and adventure.

I'll do the meme sometime soon. I really shouldn't be doing any sort of blogging at this moment, it is way past bedtime, and work comes early tomorrow.

I plan to catch up this weekend.
